SHIPPING

 

Bearel offers GLS and/or Omniva shipping to countries within Europe. GLS packages are most often delivered door to door but it varies by country. The order may also be delivered to the nearest pick-up point as Omniva parcels.

If your country or the required location is not available at the checkout, please contact us so we can figure out the best shipping solution for you.

Shipping rates vary depending on the customer’s location. There won’t be any customs fees in Europe. See the list below with shipping costs and free shipping.

Customers in Finland are able to choose to pick up the package from Posti pick up point or to receive the package straight to the home address.

Delivery time

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Tallinn, Estonia. All orders will normally be processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that public holidays and campaigns may affect processing time and the delivery times may vary depending on the delivery companies. All of our shipments are delivered by GLS, Omniva, or Posti. See the delivery time estimates in the chart above.

GLS shipping

GLS delivers your order door to door or to the nearest pick-up point. Normal delivery time is about 1-4 working days, but it may vary in certain countries. You can track your order here.

Bearel is not responsible for delays in delivery, lost or missing packages or any other errors made by the shipping company. We are not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. However, we are happy to help you out and we will always do our best to help you find the best solution to any delivery problems.

Customs

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse that is located in Tallinn, Estonia. In our webshop, you will pay for the products and shipping. There won’t be any additional customs or taxes for the packages delivered within EU countries.

Please note: If you live outside EU you may need to pay customs and duty charges, VAT/local taxes, or other extra charges in your home country in order to receive the package. Always check first the possible fees from the website of your country’s tax administration before placing the order. Bearel isn’t responsible for these possible extra charges.

CANCELING, OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER

If you have ordered items but you would like to make changes or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We are able to make changes or cancel your order if it hasn’t already been shipped from our warehouse. If the order is already shipped changes can not be made. After receiving your order you have the right to return it.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

After receiving your order, you have a legal right to return your products in 14 days. Please be aware that due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all returned products must be received sealed, unopened and unused in its original package. Otherwise we can not offer a refund or exchange.

If you would like to return/exchange your product, send us an email to info(at)bearel.com. We will send you the instructions on how to return your order. Include your full name, order ID, product name(s) in the email. If there is a difference in costs when changing products, we may reach out to you for further information. If you decide to return some unused products, please pack them carefully. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping.

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued if the address is incorrect. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you receive your order and find out that some of the products are damaged or defective, please email us as soon as possible. We will send you a new product to replace the defective one.
